Shanding Group's Mini Excavators Undergo Durability Testing in Tropical, Humid Environments

An Indian infrastructure construction contractor, operating in high-temperature and high-humidity environments for river dredging and road repair, requires equipment with exceptional corrosion resistance and heat dissipation capabilities.

This summer, the technical director of the Indian company led a team to visit Shanding Group, focusing on inspecting the protective design features for tropical climates (such as anti-clogging radiator structures and galvanized sheet metal parts). The customer simulated 8 hours of continuous heavy-duty operation at the testing site, monitoring equipment temperature rise and fuel consumption data.

Feedback and Results:

The customer acknowledged Shanding's ability to customize 'tropical kits' (including anti-corrosion coatings and enhanced air conditioning), and placed an initial order for 6 Shanding series mini excavators. In November of the same year, the customer placed an additional order and recommended the machines to local partners, stating that 'these machines performed far better than expected in the muddy conditions of the rainy season.'
